Return and Exchange Policy

Andanté is committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. We gladly accept returns or exchanges on full-priced items under certain conditions, within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused
  • In the same condition as received
  • Returned in their original packaging

Before placing your order, we encourage you to check our size guide or send us a message for personalized sizing advice to help avoid the need for exchanges.

Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.


For change of mind or sizing exchanges

This type of request does not qualify for a refund and is only eligible for an exchange. For cases like change of mind or sizing concerns, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

This policy applies to all orders, both within and outside of The Philippines.


For damaged or defective items

If you receive an item that’s damaged or defective, you're eligible for a refund or replacement, and we’ll cover all related shipping costs. To proceed, you may send the following for our review:

  1. An unboxing video*
  2. Clear photos of the issue
  3. Your order confirmation

Once we receive these, we’ll review and get back to you with the next steps.

For items that have already been used—especially after some time—proof of defect may be limited. In such cases, we may still be able to assist with basic component repairs, depending on the condition and severity of the issue. Please note that terms will apply, and shipping coverage will depend on the specific circumstances.

*If an unboxing video isn’t available, it may reduce the clarity of your claim and make it more challenging for us to properly assess the issue. That said, we’ll still do our best to assist based on the other information you can provide.


Exchange Process

As our stock levels fluctuate regularly, we do not offer direct replacements for online exchanges. All eligible requests are instead issued as store credit:

  • Works like a digital gift card—non-expiring, transferable, and redeemable online or in-store.
  • Store credit reflects the product cost only; shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to request a return or exchange

You may choose to:

  1. Submit a Return & Exchange Request Form for online processing, or
  2. Visit our store for a direct exchange:

For in-store exchanges, please note that availability is limited. If your preferred item is not in stock, our staff will be happy to assist you in converting your return to store credit.

For online requests, our team will review your submission and respond within 48 hours. Once approved, you’ll receive an email with the next steps and shipping instructions.
