Return and Exchange Policy
Andanté is committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with each of your purchases. We gladly accept returns or exchanges on full-priced orders under certain conditions within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You may request for an exchange to store credit if:
- Item is too small or too big*
- Item is damaged upon receipt
You may request for a replacement or refund if:
- Item is damaged upon receipt
- You received an incorrect item upon receipt
*In case you chose a pair that is too small or too big, you may have it exchanged with store credit, which you may use to purchase a new pair anytime.

Non-returnable items include sale items and gift cards.
Shipping Fees
For damaged products, all shipping fees shall be shouldered by andanté under further instructions.
For returns or exchanges, shipping fees to the returning address shall be shouldered by the buyer under further instructions.
For orders shipped outside of the Philippines, the buyer is responsible for covering shipping costs and coordinating the return with their local post.
