Return and Exchange Policy

Our policy lasts 7 days from the receipt of your order. If 7 days have gone by since receiving your pair, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You may return or exchange your item/s if:

  • Item is too small or too big* 
  • Damaged item upon receipt
  • Incorrect item upon receipt


*In case you chose the wrong size, you may only have it exchanged for the same item (to avoid exchanges, check our size guide here or send us a message for further assistance).

Non-returnable items include sale items and gift cards.

 

Shipping Fees

For damaged products, all shipping fees shall be shouldered by andanté under further instructions.

For returns or exchanges, shipping fees to the returning address shall be shouldered by the buyer under further instructions.

 

How to request a return or exchange

To request for a return or exchange, kindly email us at customerservice@andante.shop with the subject 'Return & Exchange Request' and the following details in your message:

  • Order number
  • Item/s you want to return or exchange
  • Reason/s for return or exchange
  • Photos of the product in different angles


Our team will get back to you within 24 hours. Once approved, further instructions such as courier options, payments or refunds, and the recipient/return address will be provided.
