How long is an item restocked?

There are no specific dates for the arrival of new stocks. Customers can opt to sign-up for the newsletter for updates on new arrivals before public announcements are made. Restocks requests for unavailable items can also be made here.

What do I get when I sign up for our newsletter?

We send out newsletters 1-3 times a month featuring curated style guides, private sales, early access to new arrivals, or anything that inspires the team.

What leather does andanté use for its products?

Andanté uses 100% full grain leather—highest quality of leather there is—for its beauty and durability.

How do I know my size?

To find your perfect fit, we recommend measuring your foot first (see our 3-step measuring guide) and checking your corresponding shoe size here.

Why are the color of my shoes slightly different from the pictures online?

Andanté uses genuine cow leather which can cause a slight variation in color as each hide absorbs dye differently. Each pair is handcrafted by seasoned shoemakers and has its own individual characteristics.

Are your shoes comfortable? How long does it take to break in?

A high quality pair of leather shoes will get more comfortable as you use them. Depending on your feet, it usually takes around 2 weeks of continued use to break-in.

If your pair hurts, we recommend to walk the pair around with socks first. The more you use them, the more they soften mold into your feet.

What are the accepted payment methods?

andanté offers the following forms of payment for online purchases:

(1) Credit or Debit Cards through Paypal Express or PayMongo

(2) Bank Deposit / Online Bank Transfer through BDO, BPI, Metrobank, or GCash*

(3) Over-The-Counter transactions via GCash (click here for their list of partner stores)*

(4) Cash on Delivery (a handling fee of 50 PHP applies)*

You may request a cancellation or change of item within 1 hour after an order has been placed and paid for.

Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled once it has been processed and shipped out.

What is the priority waiting list?

Everyone who signs up for our waitlist will be prioritized on the next batch of restocks or pre-orders. You can request an out-of-stock product here.

How does pre-ordering work?

Although we're a ready-to-wear brand, we take pre-orders whenever we start productions for new pairs. This allows our customers to order in sizes that are not usually available. To know more about the pre-order method, click here.

How long does it take for a pre-order to arrive?

Expect your pair 6-8 weeks after you place your order and payment. Production may take a while, depending on the season.

Which shipping methods are available and what are the shipping fees?

Can I request a pickup via an express courier?

Our daily cutoff time for processing pickup requests is 12:00 PM (Mondays to Fridays, excluding holidays).

Once ready, customers may arrange pickup via express delivery couriers (Lalamove, Grab Express, Borzo, etc.) from our stockroom in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines. Further details and instructions will be sent via email.

Unfortunately, personal pickups are not allowed at the moment.

When will my order be shipped?

Complete orders are processed and shipped out after 1-2 business days.

How long does shipping take?

1-3 days within Metro Manila
3-5 days for Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao areas

5-10 business days

Can I ship to a different address?

How can I track my order?

An automated email update, together with the tracking link and number, will be sent once your order has been picked up for shipping. Do allow at least one (1) business day for the tracking number to process.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return and exchange policy?

Policy for returns and exchanges last for 30 days after receiving your purchase.

How do I request for an exchange?

To request for an exchange, kindly fill out our Return & Exchange Request Form.

Our team will get back to you within 24 hours. Once approved, further instructions such as courier options, payments or refunds, and the recipient/return address will be provided.

How long does it for a replacement pair to be issued?

Replacement pairs are replaced within 1-2 business days as long as stocks are available. Customers get an option to wait for the arrival of out-of-stock replacements, choose a different design/product, or simply opt for store credit.

Who shoulders the shipping fee for return & exchanges?

For damaged products, all shipping fees shall be shouldered by andanté under further instructions.

For returns or exchanges, shipping fees to the returning address shall be shouldered by the buyer under further instructions.
