Fulfillment Officer

We are seeking a Fulfillment Officer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring smooth and efficient order fulfillment operations.
To be qualified, you should be:
- At least 18 years old
- Based in Quezon City or neighboring cities
- Willing to work in Vertis North, Quezon City
- Available to work Monday to Friday
- Knowledgeable in computer systems or management softwares. Experience in customer service, fulfillment, or e-commerce is a plus.
- Fit and healthy to work
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Order Fulfillment: Prepare orders for shipment, including picking, packing, and labeling. Coordinates with fulfillment partners to ensure smooth dispatch and delivery.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory by receiving, stocking, and inspecting incoming goods, transferring stocks in-store, updating inventory records, and maintaining an organized stockroom.
- Order and Shipping Resolutions: Collaborate with the team to resolve order and shipping discrepancies efficiently.
